Our Heritage Listed wedding Chapel is one of Chateau Wyuna’s greatest features. The classic weatherboard look is extremely popular with couples, especially due to its white colour. Built in 1909 in Montrose, our wedding chapel was moved to the property in 1985. Our Heritage-Listed Chapel can be used for:
What makes our wedding venue different to others, is that we have a genuine ordained Chapel. Some venues simply have a room that is used as a ‘Chapel’, unlike our heritage-listed Chapel. It is also non-denominational looking, meaning that it can be dressed up or down to suit your wedding and religious requirements. Our Chapel is also super popular for group photos after wedding ceremonies, even if you got married in another location on the property. The stairs at the front allow for a photo where you can see everyone!
Chateau Wyuna respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri and Bunurrong people as the Traditional Owners of the Country in which we are located. We pay tribute to all First Nations People living in Mount Evelyn, give respect to Elders past, present and future, and extend that respect to all First Nations People.
